150 Years of Tradition
Phi Mu was founded in 1852 at Wesleyan College in Macon, Georgia and is the second oldest sorority in the nation. We have provided social opportunities, a support network, and personal enrichment resources to members for over 150 years. In that time over 175,000 Phi Mu women have been vibrant members of college campuses and we have chartered over 228 chapters.

Welcome!
We're excited you've stopped by our page to learn more about our chapter, our sisters, and our home! As you can see in our pictures, the women of Phi Mu at Indiana are very active members of both the Greek and Indiana University communities, with our involvement ranging from running down the field on IU's Club Soccer Team, to starring in a performance with the Singing Hoosiers. We take pride in our involvement with our community while still maintaining our priorities of sisterhood and academic excellence.

Though our community involvement, academics, and philanthropy work are very important to us, the sisters of Phi Mu are most proud of the unbreakable bond we share which was founded on love, honor, and truth. We strive to uphold the values of our creed in our daily lives, and provide an encouraging environment for all members to achieve their greatest potential.
